  • 本實驗室利用基因組學大數據研究靈長類演化和腦疾病中的遺傳機製👨🏻‍🦲💁🏽‍♀️。PI曾獲HWYQ項目😋、日本學術振興會特別研究員、上海市海外高層次人才等項目支持。主要成果以第一作者或通訊作者發表在Nature、Cell等雜誌上✮。目前擔任Genome Biology編委。

研究方向

演化基因組學

本實驗室的研究興趣是理解物種形成、分化和多樣性產生的遺傳進化機製。

(1) 探究基因重復和基因樹不一致性（基因滲透）在造礁珊瑚進化和多樣化上的遺傳進化機製⏮。

(2) 探究基因重復👫🤟🏼、結構變異和基因樹不一致性（不完全譜系分選）在靈長類進化中的適應性性狀和人類疾病之間的進化遺傳機製。
