高通量測序及芯片檢測產生了海量的遺傳信息數據，其中包括基因組、轉錄組和表觀遺傳組等。利用不同整合方法進行多組學的研究來揭示基因組與表型組之間的聯系，建立多層次的分子擾動譜圖，同時開發與特定表型密切相關基因的新檢測方法和手段🤲🏻。
中醫典籍《黃帝內經》記載了“怒傷肝🩻、喜傷心、憂傷肺➡️🖖、思傷脾、恐傷腎”，但未闡明其機製。故本人從分子遺傳學角度來研究心理活動與軀體疾病相互作用的分子機製：通過生化與細胞分析方法和開發小鼠等模式哺乳動物的行為學研究工具🙂↔️，評價藥物對組織器官的損傷及對精神行為的影響，以期發現重要的神經環路，信號通路和關鍵基因，最終為開發類似安慰劑的藥物打下理論和實驗基礎。
