本實驗室主要以果蠅和小鼠為模式動物,致力於發現調控果蠅睡眠和節律的 神經環路和關鍵基因🧑🦳,並探討神經系統疾病模式動物中相關病理機製(如睡眠/節律紊亂、 社交障礙等),EON体育4平台將在小鼠體內進行深入驗證與拓展。實驗室綜合運用遺傳學👩💻、分子生物 學🔱、鈣成像、電生理和行為學等技術進行多層面研究🤘🏽,考慮到信號通路、調控機製和生理過 程從果蠅到哺乳類均具有高度保守性,期待這些工作為動物行為的神經生物學基礎和調控機 製(穩態維持與失去)提供新的認識與見解。
